Our Big Heart pendant has been set with a solid Lightning Ridge black opal surrounded by a carnivale of gemstones, including sapphires, ruby and emeralds.

Heart measures 20.5 x 19.5mm approx. 

This necklace is in 9ct yellow gold on a 45cm elongated trace chain.
